Struffoli (Italian Honey Balls) Recipe 

4 Eggs Beaten

2-3 Cups of Flour

3 Teaspoons Lemon Juice

1/4 Cup of Oil

1 teaspoon baking powder

Let dough sit for 30 mins.

Roll dough into tiny balls and fry for 1-2 minutes

Take the struffoli out and place it on a paper towel to drain the oil and soak with honey and sprinkles.
